Client's background
This client is a rice processor, owning a large rice processing plant and extensive land area in Indonesia. Due to the consistently muddy conditions of the wetland in the area, harvests are often poor and extremely expensive. In addition to the mud, numerous severe rainfalls occur throughout the three annual harvest seasons, making it difficult to dry the crops. This has led to the client seeking out mechanical harvesting and drying tools to assist with, and even replace manual harvest efforts.

Solution
As the client owns 10 hectares of wetland, covered in deep mud, we recommended the 350mm high 4LZ-4.0B Harvester and 5H-12A Dryer. The client purchased two harvesters and one dryer. With these machines, work which was previously done by 50 workers in 7 days was completed in 3 days, and all crops were free of husks when finished. This saved time and approximately 25% of labor costs.

Since its first harvest season using our machines, the client has since become an agent for us, and assists in importing Liulin's harvesters, tillage equipment and dryers into Indonesia. The client not only helps other farmers in Indonesia, but also earns a decent profit and has since expanded their rice plant, which has turned our interactions into a mutually beneficial partnership.
